Welcome to Buddies Tour, a private tour personally crafted for you. By using Buddies Tour, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Booking & Confirmation
All tours require advance booking. Your booking is confirmed only once full payment—or an agreed deposit—has been received. Final tour details, including meeting time and pickup location, will be confirmed via email before your tour date.
Payment Policy
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking. Any expenses not explicitly listed as “included” in your tour description are the guest's responsibility.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
Within 48 hours of the tour: No refund.
No-show on the day: No refund.
If a tour is canceled by Buddies Tour due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Itinerary Flexibility
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, traffic, safety, or local conditions to ensure an enjoyable and secure experience. Any changes will be communicated clearly.
Health & Safety
Guests confirm they are in suitable health to participate. Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements. Buddies Tour is not liable for illness, injury, or loss arising during the tour.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal items, including valuables. Buddies Tour is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal liability. Buddies Tour does not provide .
Photography & Media
By joining a tour, you grant Buddies Tour permission to use photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please notify us in writing before the tour begins.
Guest Conduct & Respect
Guests are expected to act respectfully toward local customs, cultures, sites, and communities. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a tour immediately, without refund, if a guest’s behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.
Limitation of Liability
Buddies Tour acts as a tour organizer and is not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, or events caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Participation in any tour is undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
